Elite  3/16" and 1/2" thick Boards are made from Polystyrene Foam Core board with High Impact Solid Polystyrene White Matte covering on both sides. The Elite Board is Strong, Clean, Washable, Waterproof, and can be Sanitized.

Std. SIZE is Same size as the Nominal Cake dimensions

Plus Size is 3/16" Larger diameter than the Nominal Cake dimensions
